One of our interior designers, Ava, had the opportunity to walk through the nearly completed GiGi's Playhouse Madison with the Gigi’s team, including Gigi & Nancy Gianni last month! 💟

The new space is designed to support a wide range of programming for individuals with Down Syndrome through dedicated learning areas, a teaching kitchen, and a sensory room. Thoughtfully selected colors and finishes create a welcoming, cheerful environment for everyone who walks through the doors ✨🫶🏼 We are so excited to see this space come to life! A great day for a ribbon cutting! Today we celebrated the new Parisi Park Shelter opening for public use. The new shelter has year-round restrooms, improved accessibility, and reservable gathering space to support park users, trail visitors, recreation programs, and community events.

Thanks to our engineering partners JSD Professional Services, Inc. and Tailored Engineering, our contractor Advanced Building Corporation, as well the City of Middleton Parks and Recreation staff for a successful collaboration to better serve Middleton residents!

Special thanks to Wisconsin State Senator Dianne Hesselbein and Mayor Janairo for attending, as well as Middleton alders and staff!

🚧 Big things are taking shape in Waukesha!

The steel frame is now up for the new Midwest Drilled Foundations & Engineering, Inc. Headquarters, marking an exciting milestone for this growing Wisconsin company.

This new facility will provide Midwest Drilled Foundations & Engineering with a modern home base as they continue delivering deep foundation and earth retention solutions across the Midwest.

We're honored to be part of this project and look forward to sharing more progress as construction moves ahead.
