Water Based Stain Deck Stripping

For this project, we started by stripping off the old, weathered water-based stain that had built up over time. After the stripping process, there were still some stubborn spots left behind—so we fully sanded the deck to remove any remaining stain and smooth out the surface.

Once the wood was prepped and clean, we applied a vibrant redwood-colored stain, giving the deck a bold, refreshed look and long-lasting protection.

The end result is a clean, rich finish that really brings out the natural beauty of the wood.
