Another roof system completed the right way. 🔨đźŹ
This home originally had spaced decking, which required a full OSB layover before the new roofing system could be installed. Because the new deck height affected where the siding met the roof, we cut the siding back, installed proper ice & water protection up the wall, flashed the transition correctly, and finished everything with new James Hardie trim boards for a clean, durable finish.
The difference between a roof that “looks good” and one that’s built to last is in the details you don’t always see.
