This is officially a half bathroom and laundry room now!! It was a tight fit to make it work out but the space was used as efficiently as possible! There is a Floor joist running right where the toilet is, causing to either put it close to wall or vanity. More sitting room when sitting the toilet closer to the vanity!!! Great turn out!!

Current project!! Curbless tile Shower fail repair!! Had some leaking near glass causing mold. Let's get it cleaned, treated and fixed and back together!! Gonna be a New large Fiber Glass pan, re-installing pre-existing shower door and matching the shower wall tile, with tile the client has in stock luckily!! Client saving on some cost and getting a healthier safer bathroom!!
