This homeowner contacted us initially due to damage after the bad ice storm we had earlier this year. During our inspection we found damage due to ice dams as well as storm damage to the roof. The insurance agreed to cover the roof and the interior damage. During the interior repairs it was found that patching and painting was just not going to solve the problem and guarantee no future problems due to the texture and paint peeling. After days of trying to make it work, we decided to just install new shiplap instead so the homeowner could have peace of mind. Before, during and after pics coming soon.

This house in Springboro recently got a new roof paid for by insurance. We were initially called out due to missing gutter guards that were blown off during a wind storm, and during our inspection wind damage was found on the roof as well. The insurance company agreed to a full replacement due to all of the damage. Sometimes the full extent of the damage is not visible from the ground and needs a closer look, thats where we can help.
