Recently finished replacing the wood decking and railings on a client's deck with composite materials. As the photos show, the decking was indeed in rough shape. Now they will be able to enjoy their maintenance free deck in the spring without fear of picking up splinters or worse, falling through it!

We were asked to add railings to the entrances of a customer's home. We were hesitant to drill into the stonework for fear of damaging it, so this is what we came up with. In the customer's words, "it looks better than I imagined". That is always good to hear!

Finishing touches . . . finally! Installed mahogany handrail boards, and mahogany trim and the permanent cross bracing on the intermediate deck. Now we have about 650 mahogany bungs to install over the screw heads😳.

We were selected to build a set of stairs for an existing deck in Charlestown, RI. It is a pleasant and interesting job. Besides working in a beautiful location in a remarkably rural area for RI, the bulk of the staircase - excluding the framework built of pressure treated lumber - is built of Mahogany and Cedar lumber. I compare it to building furniture for the outdoors! More photos to follow as we near completion!
