Construction season is here! If your New York construction project disturbs one or more acres of soil, it may require a State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (SPDES) permit and a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). That plan also requires weekly inspections by a Qualified Inspector or Professional Engineer to help keep your project compliant.
