1️⃣ Industrial Scaffold Builder (Midland, MI & Carrollton, KY)
Supports field crews in the safe er****on, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures in industrial settings, combining a strong commitment to safety with a hands-on drive to master the trade and advance into leadership.

🔺 Assist in the secure assembly, modification, and dismantling of various scaffolding systems, ensuring all platforms meet strict project requirements.
🔺 Strictly utilize all required PPE, safely wear and maneuver a safety harness, and comfortably and confidently perform physical work at heights of four feet and above.
🔺 Help identify potential jobsite hazards or material defects to ensure total compliance with safety regulations, while safely lifting and transporting materials up to 50 pounds.

Our team is growing, and we are on the lookout for top-tier talent to join us as a Shop Technician here in Midland:

1️⃣ Shop Technician
In this role, you will support business and job-site operations by testing, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment. Based in Midland, Michigan, this position requires flexibility, reliability, regular overnight travel, and on-site equipment support.

🔺 Minimum of three years of mechanical experience, including experience with pumps, pressurized systems, small engines, vehicles, ATVs, and similar equipment
🔺 Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills to diagnose equipment issues, complete repairs, document maintenance orders, and manage repair-parts inventory
🔺 Ability to provide on-site equipment service while adapting to changing schedules, following established procedures, and supporting general warehouse maintenance
🔺 Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow direction from the Lead Technician and safely operate company vehicles
🔺 Valid Chauffeur’s License or CDL and a clear motor vehicle record with no accidents, moving violations, or points
