We’re Hiring: IT Support Analyst

Savage Group and our sister companies don’t run without solid tech, and we’re looking for the right person to keep our systems running clean.
You won’t just be working for Savage Group. You’ll be supporting four sister companies, including Savage, as part of a tight-knit, high-performing IT team. This isn’t a desk-bound help desk gig- it’s hands-on, high-expectation work. Servers, networks, switches, mobile devices, you name it. If it blinks, connects, or crashes, you’ll be the one fixing it.
What You’ll Do:
Handle IT tickets through tools like Ninja One
Configure iPhones and manage mobile devices via Verizon MDM
Administer networks, servers, switches, and routers
Install software, update hardware, support MS Office and Adobe tools
Use your programming chops to automate and streamline
Support users and leadership across multiple companies
You Need To:
Know your way around IT ticket systems
Understand networks, servers, and switches cold
Be fluent in MS Office, Adobe, and Excel — dashboards and all
Handle basic scripting and troubleshooting without blinking
Be ready to work hard, show up in person, and carry the weight
Location: Midland, TX (on-site)
Hours: 50–60 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, some on-call/weekend work
