We were able to donate some labor and knowledge this past weekend and help out Smart Paws cat shelter in Sanford. They had a 3,000 square foot sanctuary inside their building that desperately needed a functioning floor that was antimicrobial and easy to clean. After hearing that they were going to attempt it themselves, I felt obligated to step in. Having all the proper machines and equipment to properly prep the concrete, we tackled this floor with no issues. I grew up in this little town and even though things have changed drastically since the flood, it still looks like the place from my childhood. Operation SAVE THE KITTIES will now be in full swing! 😎🐈‍⬛

This garage floor had 3 different slabs of concrete, separated by two inch control joints. We always leave the control joints open for expansion and contraction, but we make it look good. 😎

After painting the walls with a water based epoxy, and doing our moisture mitigating epoxy-polyaspartic flake system on the floor, this basement is now sealed up nice and tight and is 100% water proof! ✅

With our v***r barrier epoxy base coat, this floor can withstand up to 25lbs of v***r emissions and will last for the next 10-15 years with no issues! 💪
