It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our friend Dennis. Today a black cowboy hat sits on Mark’s desk in remembrance. 🖤

Dennis started framing with Mark over 45 years ago, but he was much more than a coworker; he was a brother. Dennis was loyal to the core, fiercely protective of everyone in this office, and never afraid to speak his mind. You knew where you stood with Dennis; the more he pestered you, the more you knew he loved you. He was a mentor to many in our industry, always willing to do things for others and never asked for anything in return. Dennis retired from MPH in 2022, but him & his wife Linda never stopped coming to our BBQs and Christmas parties. He was family to us. Mark Payne Homes wouldn’t be the same company without Dennis. We are grateful for every story we shared & for everything he taught us. We will see you again, Dennis.
