🕊️ REMEMBERING SHAWN 🕊️
It’s been over a month since we lost Shawn, and somehow it still doesn’t feel real.
There’s no perfect time to make a post like this, and there are no perfect words to explain the loss of someone who meant so much to so many people.
Shawn was the man behind Uncut Tree Service. He put years of hard work, long days, sweat, and dedication into building something he could be proud of. Tree work isn’t easy, and Shawn knew better than most what it meant to put in the work and get the job done.
He spent countless hours climbing trees, running equipment, cutting, hauling, cleaning up, and taking on jobs that most people wouldn’t want to touch. He built his reputation one job at a time and left his mark on the tree service community.
But Shawn was more than his work.
He was a person people remembered. A person with his own way of doing things, his own personality, his own stories, and his own way of making an impression on the people around him.
Over the years, Shawn crossed paths with a lot of people. Customers, friends, employees, other tree guys, neighbors, and people he met along the way. Every one of those people has their own memories of him.
Now, more than a month later, those memories are what we have left.
The phone calls. The conversations. The jokes. The long days. The difficult jobs. The good days and the bad ones. The moments that seemed like just another day at the time but mean so much more now.
Time keeps moving, but that doesn’t mean someone is forgotten.
Uncut Tree Service will always be a part of Shawn’s story. It represents the years of work, dedication, and effort he put into something that was his. The name carries memories of the man who spent so much of his life doing what he knew best.
We want to take a moment to remember Shawn and recognize the life he lived, the work he put in, and the people he touched along the way.
There will always be an empty spot where Shawn should be, but there will also always be memories of him that nobody can take away.
Rest easy, Shawn. 🕊️🌳
You may be gone, but you will not be forgotten.
