KC Contracting was asked to review drainage concerns at a commercial parking lot in Bay City. We re-graded the lot to significantly improve drainage and eliminate potholes. We also adjusted a catch basin including installation of a new concrete collar. The photos below show the completed product as well as the drainage issues prior to our work.

This project inclucded installing soil backfill and landscape shaping to provide a mowable, walkable, and well draining surface around a recently built pole barn. Drainge tile pipe was also installed around the building. We also provide earthwork slab prep for proposed buildings and foundations.
