KC Contracting was hired to install a 40’x60’ building pad for a new pole barn with access drive. Construction included removal of sod, raising grade with import and compaction of a sand pad, downspout drain tile connection to ditch, and restoration of slopes with black dirt blending into existing yard. The entrance included a 60’ culvert extension with gravel driveway entrance and rip rap ditch slopes per County permits. Check out the progress and final product photos below.
