Sunday Frogcast is here ๐Ÿธ

Weโ€™re kicking off the week with a little weather whiplash. Storm chances Sunday, some showers Monday morning, then we warm right back up into the 80s by midweek.

Tuesday through Friday looks mostly dry with plenty of sunshine and warmer afternoons, then we may see another round of thunderstorms by Saturday.

Basicallyโ€ฆ keep the umbrella handy, but donโ€™t put the summer clothes away just yet. ๐Ÿ˜„

Whatโ€™s The Find?!

This Fridayโ€™s find explains a LOT.

We were replacing an A/C system that had been repeatedly tripping breakers before eventually burning out the compressor...
Then we dug into itโ€ฆ and found this. ๐Ÿ‘€
The original installer had run the electrical line directly underground with no conduit protecting it.

Over time, the wire was damaged underground, creating electrical problems that kept tripping the breaker and ultimately helped turn an installation shortcut into a very expensive repair.

And THAT is why the cheapest bid isnโ€™t always the cheapest option in the long run.
Good trade work isnโ€™t just about making something work today, itโ€™s about installing it correctly so it keeps working safely for years.

Sometimes cheap work gets really expensive.

Looks like weโ€™re getting a little taste of fall this week.
Cooler mornings, highs mostly in the upper 70s to low 80s, and plenty of partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies around Heber Valley.

Not quite sweater weather yetโ€ฆ but those morning temps are definitely starting to head that direction.

This Park City home needed a heating and cooling solution that could handle our mountain weather without taking away from the look of the home.

These systems are efficient, quiet, and give homeowners more control over the comfort of individual spaces without relying on traditional ductwork.

Believe it or not, repeated dog urine can corrode the metal on an outdoor unit and eventually cause some pretty expensive damage!

So if your pup has claimed the condenser as his personal fire hydrantโ€ฆ it might be time to redirect him. ๐Ÿ˜…

Protect the A/C. Redirect the dog. Save yourself the service call.
