Now hiring daily workers!! Yes, we are going to try something new and are now looking for daily workers. We are looking for up to 4 extra workers a day. We offer on the job training. Clock in time will be 7 AM, this will be a first come, first serve kind of scenario. This position will pay cash daily at $13 per hour. Must be drug free and lift at least 50+ lbs, be able to read and own a tape measure, and hammer. Once you clock in at the office, you will ride in company truck with a team lead to job site. We can not advise of the time of return from jobsite. Must be able to work without cell phone in hand. Most of our job sites are commercial. We require a copy of I.D and employment paper work to be filled out.
This is a great opportunity if this is a possible field of work you are interested in and want to explore or if you already have a full time job and simply need to earn some extra money. You must have a valid drivers license and be able to go out of town M-F and some weekends. You will need to have some hand tools. We furnish all power tools and equipment. This job includes making and installing duct work, plumbing, electrical etc. You will be trained and taught by a lead man and have the chance to become a lead man in the future yourself. We are currently needing another crew leader, and a crew helper!

-Here at Bridgers HVAC we do some residential but most of our work is commercial, therefore employee's must be willing to work out of town and sometimes overnight Monday-Friday if needed to. We work in Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, and Arkansas. You must also be able to work on these job sites without a phone attached to your hand per our contracts with the commercial jobs.
-Pay rate based on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical. 1 Year or more of experience starts at $14-$18
No knowledge what so ever starts at $12.
-MUST be able to be on time to work and have reliable transportation.
-Our company prides itself on training for a career in HVAC but you must be a hard worker, be quick to on hand learning, and be able to listen and ask questions.

As the temperature continues to drop we want to remind you of a few tips to keep your family safe an warm.
❄️If you have not already, go to your thermostat and switch it into the setting emergency heat. This basically works as a defrost to keep your unit from freezing up. If you can not figure out how to do so please shoot us a message. *if you have a heat pump*
❄️Please remember to not leave your electric heaters on high when going to sleep.
❄️These temperatures can freeze hot water as it is running out of drains even if it is dripping slow the best thing to do is turn your hot water on full blast for short periods of time consistently. Busted pipes are the last thing you want during this time. Keep the doors open where pipes are also works well but it will not do the trick by itself.
❄️Do not close off vents in rooms you don’t use. Hvac units are designed for whole home heating and cooling. Restricting airflow can cause problems such as freezing up your coils.
❄️Cap your outside faucets.
❄️If you get the unfortunate surprise of waking up to a busted pipe. TURN OFF your water immediately. If you do not know how to do this please message us. Not turning off the water can cause more damage. IT IS NOT okay to just shut off the valve where it’s leaking and wait til the next day to call someone. The main water supply needs to be shut off.

Stay warm, enjoy the nice Tennessee weather, and stay safe. Hypothermia and frost bite happens quick to please keep an eye on the little ones but go out and make memories!
