This past week, the TRS team attended the University of Cincinnati's Bearcats Go Pro Career Event, where we had the opportunity to connect with student-athletes as they explored career paths and professional opportunities. We enjoyed sharing insights into the construction industry, discussing career opportunities, and introducing students to the people and work behind TRS. Thank you to University of Cincinnati for hosting a great event and creating opportunities to connect with the next generation of professionals.

For the remainder of his co-op, we will be following along as Cole shares his experience as a TRS co-op. Cole is studying Architectural Engineering at the University of Cincinnati and is completing his first co-op experience with our team. Since joining TRS, he has had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn from industry professionals, and see firsthand how projects come together from planning through construction.

Throughout the remainder of his co-op, we will be sharing some of the things he is learning, experiences that have surprised him, and insights into what it's like to work in the construction industry and at TRS. Join us as we follow Cole's journey and get an inside look at co-op life at TRS.
