We successfully completed a Starbucks Renovation at the Rookwood Pavilion location. This was to update walls and artwork. All work was completed between 8pm and 5am, so the store could stay open.

The Venture One team has started work on Buckeye Family Eye Clinic, Inc., a clinic that's moving into a larger building. Work includes complete interior demolition and renovation along with new exterior improvements.

In late 2020, Venture One was selected to assist O’Reilly Auto Parts with their maintenance projects work. We have completed approximately 15 projects for O’Reilly Auto Parts this past year.

These projects were located across the Ohio Valley, including stores in Brookville, Indiana; Alexandria, Kentucky; Milford, Ohio; New Lebanon, Ohio; Batesville, Indiana, and Cincinnati, Ohio. We’ve enjoyed helping them and we look forward to continuing to support O’Reilly Auto Parts as they grow.

We successfully completed our first Piada project and the official grand opening of Piada Italian Street Food was at the end of December! We overcame supply chain issues and unforeseen site challenges with this project, and we were still able to get them open on time. We look forward to many more opportunities with Piada.

We are proud to announce another successful project for Starbucks in Sharonville, Ohio, which is now complete—on-schedule and within budget, with the grand opening occurring earlier this month. This marks our 11th project for Starbucks.

Despite encountering many supply chain issues, the Starbucks Construction Manager, who we worked closely with the entire project, said “job well done,” also saying: “We were able to deliver this location due to the significant efforts of Venture One Construction and a full team of Starbucks Partners that always continue to work together to accomplish our goals and objectives.” We’re looking forward to more successful projects with Starbucks in the future.

We’re thrilled to be partnering with Cocca Development on a 20,000 SF new Marshalls store as well as all site development work for the 5-acre site located in Hillsboro, Ohio.

Since starting this project on September 1st, we’ve completed the sitework, utilities, concrete and pavement—just in time to beat the winter weather.

We look forward to starting the building construction, scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2022.

We recently completed the Concourse A Baggage Handling project at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. We added a 19,500 sq. ft. free standing addition. This new addition connects to the existing baggage handling facility located beneath Concourse A.

This project had a few challenges: we drilled 30 shafts, 25 feet deep to bedrock with the largest shaft measuring nearly 5 ft. in diameter. The building required 150 tons of structural steel necessary to support the future expansion of the 2nd floor for Concourse A. 10 high-speed roll up doors where installed to handle the baggage cart traffic. CVG is currently installing the baggage conveyor system and expects the facility to be operational by the end of this year.

This is our 4th completed project for Kenton County Airport Board since 2016. We look forward to more successful projects in the future with the Kenton County Airport Board.

Earlier this year, we concluded a maintenance and clean-up project at BidSoFlo, an online auction business that sells new and overstock items. The management of the property—which included fire, sprinkler and alarm install, and general clean-up of and around the building—was to help the owner sell the property.

Within a few months of project completion, the owner was able to secure a price higher than any previous offers received. We’re continuing to work with the new owners. Check out these before and after photos.
