LETS TALK ESTIMATES!!
Nobody can give you as a customer, an accurate estimate or quote on a well pump replacement. At least without knowing exactly these 3 things.
• location of well on property (accessibility)
• depth of your well and or pump
• current issues (low pressure, low volume, no water, power issues)
The last 2 bullet points are the most important! The only way to properly give you an estimate, is to evaluate and come up with a diagnosis in person. We feel it’s necessary for everyone to know this because we are seeing far too many people getting outrageous over the phone estimates from other companies. Sadly out of desperation of water you are left paying much more than you should be and in some cases not even get the real issues fixed!
This information could save you, your neighbors, family members all thousands of dollars!

These black caps represent 700 feet of pipe in the ground on another hole! This well was originally 400 feet deep and was then deepend to 720 with an increase of 2 gallons per minute. This gives the owners not just more flow but even more storage. This well holds more than 600 gallons of water without including what’s incoming from its source!! Remember. We’ve been around long enough to see what cheap work does to good people. We want to reassure anyone that is considering hiring us, we care about your home and your water even more than our own. We find some of our customers to be desperate for things they need because someone they hired decided to only fix or do what was convenient for them. It winds up costing way more money. For example. We had an apartment complex call that has a frozen water line from the well to the building. Not a big deal in most cases. However the well is over 400 ft from the building and the line is frozen 198 ft away. You might ask how is this prevented? Easy enough all they had to do was dig another foot deeper. We have them hooked to a temporary water tank by the way. Another example of this is when you have a leaking water line from the well to house/building, they only repair wherever the line is broken. Most of the time they do this, the distance from the well to the house is only 40 ft or less. Then it starts leaking 5 ft away from the last spot a couple days later!! We understand if the customer doesn’t have the money at the moment but for just a couple hours more work and not making another trip or having the customer call again with troubles. Let the customers have the chance to pay over time if that’s absolutely necessary. So they get the best product the first time. That’s something everyone can appreciate!

If your water line is exposed to the elements, you may want to get heated cable around it. If it freezes, you may end up with even more problems than just the ice in the line! Give us a call and get your automatic temperature regulated heating cable. Just plug it in and forget it!
