Check out this project from back at the beginningof the year.. No tile was used, but we did use Schluter-Systems North America Kerdi Board. This was for my son's, Micaiah, 5th birthday party. It was knight themed , so we used kerdi board remnants to construct a castle, shields, and swords. My wife and I greatly enjoyed our little project. What do you think about it?
We were inspired by the "Kingdom" book series by Chuck Black. We would highly recommend that you read them.

Colossians 3:17 KJV — "17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him."

Here's a small repair project that was completed in December. This floor had to be redone because of the lack of seal being made around the toilet outlet. This is something that is very easy to go unnoticed. This lack was aided by non flat tile installation and a thick underlayment. Neither the joists nor the previous repair were flat, so that carried up into the tile installation .
The flow of the pictures goes from before to the after of the project. Enjoy this little post.

Good morning! What a refreshing morning the Lord has given us. It's a little chilly, but we can remember that his mercies are new every morning.

Bar bath waterproofing. Here's a short video of waterproofing the shower walls and floor. This part is key to protecting your home. If this part is faulty and the tile work is beautiful, you will still incur water damage over the life of the shower. That is why I flood test every shower pan.
