Williams Management Landscaping & Fencing respects and will continue to provide service for all our military personnel. The review regarding a young female that is part time reserved reached out in February to have a Fence repair. We advised her the entire fence needed repairing with her choosing to do sections. After we completed fence we continued to provide additional service upon her request to do flower bed tree removal. After she paid for the first two assignments she requested rock and paver additions.
On the 3rd assignment she started to have inconsistent behavior. The day before we finished the final project (80% completed) she advised she didn’t have a final payment that day. Never was mentioned nor discuss that she would not have payment of $2,175.00 at the completion of assignment. If she would have, It would not have made any difference having completed that much of the project. It was also never mentioned she never had any complaints about any of the three projects we had worked on other than remove a post and the gate needed adjusting. She applauded the work. She also stated she was in Mexico. She was very much present and video can be shown with her checking the fence with the owner and walking ordering materials in for the 2nd project. She left after we completed and reviewed the 1st project. She was also in direct communication the entire time making changes never mentioning holding off on the projects.
If any customer was not happy with the first 4k project, you would certainly not continue to do business and do two additional major projects. It became deceptive last Tuesday when we were 80% completed which will be proven that she did not have all the funds. She ordered additional pavers knowing she would not have the funds at completion. She proceeded to give me a payment plan over time. She was advised we do not have payment plans. On your estimate and invoice it states remaining balance completed after assignment completed. Our standard practice since 2006. We never went on military base as she stated. We cannot get on military base. We were instructed by officials to contact her unit to make them aware of our experience with her as an airman.
She proceeded to send me an apology statement advising she was waiting on an insurance payment. She also sent half the balance after that. We declined to respond because that’s not typical how we accept our payments. Payments are made in full unless pre arrangements are made. We are a very small business and we do have areas especially timing that we continue to work on. Williams Management has been operating since 2006 and we are aware customers will have experiences that we cannot change but we have far and I mean far more positive insight than negative.
