💧 Don’t just cover up water damage—fix it the right way.

This pool house had hidden water damage behind the siding that could have led to much bigger structural issues if left untreated.

Here’s how we repaired it:

✔️ Removed all damaged siding and ZIP sheathing
✔️ Bleached the framing to eliminate mold growth
✔️ Replaced damaged areas with pressure-treated plywood
✔️ Installed new ZIP tape and Protecto Wrap waterproofing membrane
✔️ Sealed everything with Dynaflex caulking to help prevent future water intrusion
✔️ Installed new siding for a clean, finished look

At Recovery Construction & Handyman Services, we don’t believe in shortcuts. We build repairs that are designed to last.

If you’ve noticed soft siding, peeling paint, or signs of water damage around your home, don’t wait until it becomes a major repair.
