To everyone complaining about Texas Roadhouse allowing that dog who was deployed twice, to eat a steak in the restaurant on Veterans Day, I'd rather sit next to him than rowdy, bratty kids all day long.

I can guarantee that dog is cleaner and more quiet. He isn’t up being allowed to run around like he (and his parents) were raised in a barn! ❤️❤️❤️

Here is an easy to make and flavor-full recipe that offers a good balance of protein, fiber and healthy fat. Patients on our active weight loss can enjoy this 3x/week.
- 1 small organic, free-range chicken breast
- 1 small avocado
- 1 tbsp diced bell pepper (or radishes)
- 1 tbsp diced onion
- Sea salt
- Optional: garlic salt and fresh cilantro for flavor
Boil chicken. Drain and dice. Add avocado, diced pepper, and diced onion. Mix together. Season with sea salt. Enjoy!
Avocado oxidizes, best eaten fresh or add lime juice.
