A New Chapter Begins
Many of you have asked what's next, and we're excited to finally share the answer.
Mi Home Heat & Air is here.
In 2024, an investment group approached us with an offer to purchase Roots Heating & Cooling. After careful consideration, we believed it was the right decision at the time and hoped it would continue building on everything we had worked so hard to create for our customers, employees, and community.
Unfortunately, that business has since closed its doors, leaving many loyal customers wondering where to turn and many dedicated employees looking for a new home.
Rather than dwell on the past, we're focused on the future.
Mi Home Heat & Air is a new company built on the same values we've always believed in—taking care of customers, standing behind our work, and building a team people are proud to be part of. You'll also see some familiar faces from our previous team as we continue to grow.
You may notice some familiar pink service vans around town. Instead of replacing a perfectly good fleet overnight, we're updating them as we go. We'd rather invest our dollars in great people, quality equipment, training, and customer service than spend them all on brand-new wraps. You'll see the vans transition to Mi Home Heat & Air over the coming months.
You may also notice we're using an AI Customer Service Assistant to help answer calls and online requests. As a growing company, it's one way we're making sure every customer gets a response while we continue expanding our office team and support systems. If you happen to reach our AI, please bear with us—it's there to help us respond faster while we continue building our team.
Most of all, thank you. The encouragement, referrals, and support we've received have been overwhelming, and we're grateful for every opportunity to earn your trust again.
