The Ladies are Out of the Office… But Investing in Our People! 🚀

This week, Traci and Bailey are representing Inter-Mountain Pipe & Threading at SHRM26, one of the largest HR conferences in the country.

As the entire HR team for IMPT, they’re taking time away from the office to learn new strategies, connect with other professionals, and bring back fresh ideas that support our employees and strengthen our workplace culture.

Traci, our Finance Manager, and Bailey, our Accounting Assistant, wear many hats—including leading our Human Resources efforts. SHRM26 is an opportunity for them to grow, learn, and discover new ways to better serve the incredible people who make Inter-Mountain successful every day.

We’ll be a little slower to respond while we’re away, but we’re excited to return with new insights and ideas.

Let’s give a big shoutout to Kenneth “Kenny” Crimm from our team! 👏

Kenny serves as one of our CNC operators, where attention to detail and consistency are key—and he shows up ready to deliver every day. Beyond the important work he does to help ensure quality standards are met, Kenny brings something just as valuable to the shop: energy, personality, and a sense of fun that lifts the entire team.

Management put it perfectly: “Kenny keeps things fun at the shop. He has a large personality but is a great person to surround yourself with. Kenny is willing to learn new things and to jump in where he is needed.” That willingness to step up, adapt, and keep growing makes a real difference, not just in the work we do, but in the culture we build together.

Kenny’s positive attitude and team-first mindset don’t go unnoticed. Whether he’s helping out a teammate, taking on something new, or just keeping spirits high during a long day, he’s someone people genuinely enjoy working alongside. He’s the kind of person who makes the workday better just by being himself.

When he’s off the clock, Kenny keeps the energy going—often hosting karaoke nights and jumping on the mic himself 🎤 (and from what we hear, he doesn’t disappoint!). He also enjoys spending time working on his cars 🔧, always staying hands-on and keeping busy with projects outside of work.

Kenny, we truly appreciate the dedication, positivity, and personality you bring to Inter-Mountain. Thanks for everything you do—keep shining both on the floor and on the stage!
