Just one more thing... The colmbo effect... For today...
"Thanks for everything you have done today. While you are here, just one more thing. I have been getting notifications from my water company I may have a leak. Any thoughts?"
After searching. I find their irrigation control is leaking. The electric on/off valve. I disassemble it. There is a bad O ring. I walk to my truck and get my box of various O rings. Replace it. And no more leak. I also found a water pump that should be on a timer just running constantly.
Today's wins saved them money on their water bill and electrical bill.
