The Hendrix Home is shaping up beautifully! This modern farmhouse is absolutely stunning resting on 15 acres with peaceful winds whispering through the pines. Once finished, it will be the perfect oasis for its owners.

It’s currently undergoing liquid waterproofing and punch outs items from the rough-ins. Small tweaks on infrastructure placement makes a home much more livable when it’s all wrapped. Thinking through the ergonomics of how a person lives in their space makes all the difference on the finished product.

Our goal is not simply building your home but rather, handing over a home that fits your life perfectly.

Custom builds are just that, custom. Every detail is examined with a fine tooth comb and no two homes are the same. All the details add up to a vision that has only lived in the owner’s mind. This is why the details matter and so does communication! Sometimes you have to slow down and think through a space, even the routine items, because no detail is too small.

We love bringing your visions to life. There is so much gratification in making your home dreams come true!

A few months ago we made a trip to North Alabama to source natural limestone for a custom build. Today that stone started going up and it makes the room! This statement fireplace will showcase Texas White Limestone soaring to 22 ft with custom cabinetry flanking either side. All the details will be installed soon.

This is a perfect example of the owner’s vision coming to life and we couldn’t be more pleased!

We are finishing up paint week at the Haven and the colors are the perfect mix of elegance with a slight contrast that highlights the natural light spilling through the family room through the custom windows. Did you know the drywall finish can determine your paint sheen? In this home the owners choose a level 4 smooth finish so we are applying an Eggshell paint to the walls and ceilings. Sherwin Williams Cashmere line for the win on this one!
