Emergency repair on a 800 amp 3 phase feed this morning at a commercial building in Burlington due to bad crimps and bad terminations. Parallel runs of 750 XHHW aluminum. Luckily we caught it before there was a fire.

This weekend, Custom Climate Controls Of VT LLC performed an emergency replacement of a hot water heater for a client at their property. The existing liquid propane hot water heater had ceased functioning due to improper venting, which resulted in high CO and a combustion chamber and vent pipe filled with soot. To resolve the issue, I replaced the faulty unit with a State HPSX 50 Gallon Premier Hybrid Hot Water Heater, ensuring improved efficiency and safety for the client. Recently, one of our clients had two air conditioning units that weren’t working, along with two indoor components in their Lennox air handlers. This week, we cleaned the indoor units and the connecting pipes, and then we installed two new 4-ton air conditioning units. Now, everything is up and running smoothly again!
