Meet Travis 👋

Travis is one of our Remodeling Technicians here at L&S Home Solutions and brings years of hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, and jobsite work.

He especially enjoys siding and demo work, and he says one of his strengths is thinking outside the box.

When asked what he likes customers to know about working with our team, Travis said, “They say when you find a job and coworkers you like, it never actually feels like a job.”

Outside of work, Travis enjoys spending time with his kid, working in the woodshop, and fishing.

We’re thankful to have Travis as part of the L&S team!!

Meet Frank 👋

Frank has been working in construction, heavy equipment, and remodeling in some form for around 20 years.

He especially enjoys carpentry and woodworking, and one of his favorite parts of a project is seeing the final touches come together - when all the hard work starts looking like the finished product.

Frank takes pride in quality workmanship and wants customers to know that the L&S team cares not only about the work being done, but also about the experience homeowners have throughout the process.

Outside of work, Frank says family and friends are key to a happy life, and he enjoys spending time with both.

We’re so excited to finally begin sharing something we’ve been working on behind the scenes — Sunshine Citrus Co., a mobile citrus beverage business coming soon to our community.

Our heart for Sunshine Citrus Co. is simple: to create a bright, refreshing, fresh-crafted beverage experience for local events, private gatherings, celebrations, and community moments.

We are still in the preparation stage as we work through the final steps needed to launch responsibly, but we wanted to invite our friends, family, and community to be part of the beginning.

To help support the launch, we’ve created Community Founding Supporter options for anyone who would like to cheer us on and help us get started. ✨ Shower Replacement + Hot Water Heater Renovation ✨

This bathroom got a major refresh with a new shower replacement designed for better function, easier use, and a cleaner, brighter look.

For this project, we updated the existing tub/shower area with a fresh walk-in shower setup, added grab bars for improved accessibility, and helped create a space that feels more practical for everyday use. We also completed hot water heater renovation work as part of the project.

It’s amazing what a difference the right updates can make, not just in appearance, but in comfort and usability.

Deck refresh complete ✅

Although this deck still had plenty of life left, it was weathered, worn, and ready for some attention.

For this project, we repaired several boards, prepped the existing surface, and applied a fresh protective stain to help clean up the look and extend the life of the deck.

A little maintenance can go a long way, especially before small issues turn into bigger repairs.

If your deck is starting to show peeling stain, soft boards, or weather damage, now is a great time to get it looked at.

Meet Steve & Liz | L&S Home Solutions

We figured this introduction was long overdue… 👋

We’re Steve and Liz, the faces behind L&S Home Solutions. We are a local, family-run remodeling company serving Central PA.

L&S started with a simple goal - to be a dependable, one-stop resource for homeowners who needed quality renovation work without feeling overwhelmed by the process. Over time, it has grown into more than just a remodeling company, it’s become a business built on relationships, hard work, and customers who often feel more like family.

Steve is the one many customers see on job sites. He is typically meeting with homeowners, reviewing & managing project details, delivering materials, and working alongside our team to bring projects to life.

Liz is usually behind the scenes keeping things organized. She's usually handling estimates, contracts, scheduling, customer communication, paperwork, and making sure all the moving pieces stay together.

Like many small business families, we wear a lot of hats. We are parents to 3 amazing children, church volunteers, problem-solvers, and sometimes chaos coordinators 😅
Whether we’re serving at church, in our community, or through the work we do in customers’ homes, relationships are at the heart of what we do.

But L&S is not just the two of us. We’re incredibly thankful for the team beside us. The ones showing up every day, putting in the work, learning, growing, and helping us serve our customers well.
