The team absolutely knocked this foundation prep on our Shelburne site out of the park! In just a few short day they cut trees, removed stumps, stockpiled logs and brush, stripped topsoil, hauled stone, completed foundation layout, excavated and prepped for the footings. Great job everyone!! While we wait for footings and frost walls the team heads north to the next house site. Don’t forget to give us a call for all your residential and commercial excavation needs!

Nothing better than a new site to start off the week! It’s always amazing to watch our crew take a drawing, tape measure, some paint and a whole lot of skill and turn a raw piece of land into someone’s dream property! It’s also great to be on our second site of the year with XL Building & Design, Inc.. We appreciate the years of continued business. Keep up the great work everyone!!!

From city streets to mountain tops, our crew travels all over Vermont, bringing life to your next idea! After our crew finished stripping and preparing a commercial parking lot, they headed into the mountains to start the site work for someone's dream home. The guys have been knocking out projects left and right and haven't shown any signs of slowing down! As always, well done, gentlemen! Keep up the great work! Our digging season is in full swing! This week we completed the prep for two additions that had no shortage of challenges, finished the clean up and restoration on two geothermal projects,and installed a new lawn, flower beds and garden area. It was a rocky start to the week here at A&D! (Pun intended) Our crew has been all over the place, taking on projects like breaking ground on a large addition in Milton and removing and replacing a concrete pad in Goshen. Another addition you’ll notice is our new CAT 315! We're thankful for our team's hard work and dedication, and appreciate their positive attitude every day. Keep up the great work, gentlemen!!

Some new additions to our team to start the 2026 season! We are very pleased to introduce Sumner Andrews. Sumner brings a large amount of knowledge, skill, and years of experience in all levels of excavation with him. Sumner has settled into his new role as foreman perfectly! We can't wait to see what you continue to bring to the team. You'll see Sumner sporting the second addition this season - his new F450! Big shout-out to DePaula Ford for hooking us up with this beautiful truck.
