Another Quick Note About Insurance Estimates! 📝

1. We work for YOU, the homeowner, NOT the insurance company.

2. We provide FREE basic estimates based on the repairs needed to complete your project properly.

☆However, if your insurance company or public adjuster requires detailed itemization, pricing breakdowns, additional documentation, or revisions, additional fees will apply.

These requests take additional time away from our jobs and require hours of office work.
Our responsibility is to provide quality repairs at fair pricing, not negotiate insurance claims.

☆Additional estimate fees can be credited toward your project if we're hired to complete the work.

🚨 HOMEOWNERS — PLEASE RESEARCH THE REMEDIATION COMPANY YOU HIRE!

As we continue estimating hurricane repairs, we're seeing unnecessary demolition and BLACK permanent marker used to mark supposedly "wet" areas.
Unfortunately, this is leaving homeowners with costly additional repairs that insurance may NOT cover!
Not every wet area requires demolition!
⚠️ Ask for moisture readings, documentation, and an explanation before allowing materials to be removed.
Remember, the company tearing your home apart may not be the one putting it back together!
Protect your home and your investment! 🏠

✅ Licensed for the work, if required? Verify it!
✅ Insured? Ask for current proof!
✅ Workers’ comp or valid exemption?
✅ Recent references?
✅ Written scope, payment schedule & warranty?
✅ Who’s actually working in your home— are they handing the job off to someone else and who handles problems afterward?

👀 Protect your home. Ask questions. Check the answers.
Ask them to explain their process,materials they use and what needs to be done to put your home back together correctly. AND then go and do your own research on them & their subs to verify, they are the right company for you.

🚩 Pressure to sign? Full payment upfront? Excuses about paperwork? Can't really explain the process nor time frame?
