Another job done. Did a full bathroom remodel. Completely gutted down to the studs. Switched from a tub to a shower pan, new vanity, new light fixtures, new outlet and switches, new flooring and trim, installed an exhaust fan, removed all wood from around window and replaced with waterproof materials, and painted

We took over for a contractor, who was a bit in over his head, on this project of turning an attic into a livable unit. We fixed and repaired a few things that were wrong and unacceptable, as well as finished the kitchen and bathroom, which involved fresh plumbing for water lines and drains that were not there yet. We installed the cabinets and vent hood in the kitchen as well. Plus did some finishing touches on other small things that were not done yet.
