Here's something we're excited about at the Amari!

After 37 years, we're still finding better ways to build, and this Armorite trim from our friends at Roseburg Forest Products is one of them. Our trim carpenters loved working with it, and it'll stand up to Wisconsin winters for years to come.

Wow! Thanks to you all for the wonderful feedback on our new Amari Model at this year's Metro Builders Association Parade of Homes. Our contractor partners put their expert craftsmanship and energy into the construction as if it were their own home. We'd love you to stop by and see what all the fuss is about!

Our Parade of Homes model is closed today, but mark your calendar. We ARE open next Monday for Labor Day from 11 am to 5 pm. The holiday is the perfect chance to walk the Amari and see what everyone's been talking about!

Months of work condensed into a few minutes. From the first pour to the last detail, the Amari came together piece by piece, and watching it all back is a reminder of how much goes into a home before anyone ever walks through the front door 🏡

The siding on the Amari is from Kebony and the way it goes on is just as interesting as how it looks 🪵

Instead of nailing straight to the wall, the crew installed a slip system first. The panels click into that track, which leaves a gap behind every board. That space lets air move and gives moisture somewhere to go instead of sitting against the house!
