Many cool installations this year. This Waukesha shower was unique due to the lower profile shower pan that does not require that you step "into" it. It was requested in preparation for elder family members. 12x24 porcelain tile with a large mosaic niche.

15 YEARS OF BUSINESS!!! I would like to send a big THANK YOU to all of you who have had made this possible. This trade has been a blessing to my family. I could not have done it without you spreading the word, and your positive referrals over the years . You are greatly appreciated.

This is a BEFORE & AFTER of a Wauwatosa kitchen tile accent wall. Printed tile from floor to ceiling that suggests a more historic flavor, while still feeling new and fresh. A great way to upgrade any area when paint or wallpaper don't seem like the right option.

Mary Hill (Hartland) - Before & After. I was asked to take on this beast of a bathroom for a couple and their large family in Hartland. They had already purchased the tile, but were not sure how they wanted it to be installed. The decision to tile the wall above the tile was added shortly after I began. That being said, I was giddy when given free reign to design it!

Entirely comprised of neutral tones, I decided to modernize the area without looking avant-garde. I first did this by creating an accent wall in the shower using 12x24 marble/Horizontal straight-lay pattern. The rest of the walls/wrap would utilize dark, large format porcelain/Running bond pattern. Rather than do one solid tile for the entire tub, I spiced things up by using the accent wall tile for the tub top, and continued running the dark wall tile around the sides and front face.

To make it pop, I choose a light grout that would create a bold contrast with the dark tile, but still compliment the lighter stone. This also had the same effect on the shower floor. To add a little flare, I customized two large acute triangle shelves for shampoos in the shower, and installed dark Schluter edging instead of a traditional tile bull nose to finish all the edges.

Hearing that the rest of the family (five members!) where now all using the shower was vindication that I had executed things properly😄😉

One call - and roughly one year later when ready to pull the plug, I was humbled when asked to install this this new master bathroom for a couple in Cudahy. They went all out with a walk in shower (2 showerheads), a hand held body spray, large niche (plumbing was redesigned to go around it) , a corner seat, and heated floor tile.

I was also pumped to be able to do my first accent wall. In this case mosaic was used (also installed in the niche). I helped with the design, and suggested using stone for the curb, niche walls/shelf, as well as the corner seat. These glass doors not only look great, but also help to show off the walk in shower without distraction.

Definitely one of the more creative fireplaces I have installed. 12x24 lined mable with gray veining was used. Rather than using a standard straight-lay installation, various tile sizes and angles were created. This combined with a tiled top and white metal edging gave this fireplace an all around modern twist.

White Fish Bay WI

There is probably no greater compliment than when a customer has you tile their entire house. That was the case for this retired doctor and teacher. This is one of the two bathrooms I installed. The customers wanted to keep to the historical period of their new home. This was achieved by installing classic 3 x 6 subway tile in their tub surround. What makes this installation unique is the black accent strip, and perimeter tile. Classic small black and white hexagon was used for the floor.
