📝THE INITIAL DESIGN PLAN- 🛀🏻add a full bath to primary bedroom & walkin closet while not adding any aquare footage to room😎, 🧼update current 2nd floor bath to include laundry. Create beautiful functional kitchen with deck access for entertaining and family meals, relocating half bath for better placement balance…..WHAT ENDED UP HAPPENING 👀
🤔 While listening to our clients needs & lifestyle, working in their home & immersing ourselves in the bones of the home, we realized they had small obstacles that could be tweaked to add not only value to their home, but drastically improve the balance, energy efficiency and make better use of pre-existing space…. And look BOMBDIGGITY 🤩
🔥THE ADDED ON DESIGN PLAN- 🪞closing up frustrating hallway to make a mud room for family organization, 🧰remove wall in great room to incorporate incredible space on othet side not being used to its full potential while sucking energy out of the home, this room had been renamed the BALLROOM💃🏻🕺🏼 due to its new size, but really should be called the RETREAT for the warm☀️that now fills the space, linen & bamboo window treatmets, original brick making its own statement & 🛋️plush decor planned for finishes.
🧏♀️All it took was taking time to hear our clients, design custom plan to fit their needs, create a realistic budget, decide if this is a multple phase project or done all at once. 🫣This phenomenal space was hiding in plan sight, we just needed to lure it out of hiding and let it shine like a diamond 💎
