Same project ➡️ Different stage!

A recent site visit offered a chance to see how this project is taking shape in the landscape.

It’s rewarding to watch the design come together through the collective efforts of our client, construction team, and project partners. We appreciate the collaboration that continues to move this project forward!

The Florence Collective — a vacant commercial building thoughtfully transformed into luxury salon suites.

This project was rooted in the architectural principle of adaptive reuse: honoring an existing structure while reimagining its purpose for a new generation of users. By preserving what was already there and introducing thoughtful new interventions, we were able to breathe new life into a space with history and character.

Projects like this remind us that great design isn’t always about starting from scratch—sometimes it’s about seeing the hidden potential in what’s already built. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to bring this vision to life and create a vibrant new destination for beauty professionals and their clients!

Open, bright, and full of personality!

This interior remodel included a complete transformation of the kitchen, mudroom, and powder room, creating spaces that feel open, light-filled, and full of character. Thoughtful details, natural light, and a carefully curated palette give each room its own personality while maintaining a seamless connection throughout the home.

From underused to unforgettable!

This basement remodel was designed to make every square foot work harder and feel better. The new space includes custom storage and laundry, a full bath and sauna, a cozy family room, and a dedicated office area for work-from-home days.

Functional spaces can still feel warm, elevated, and inviting — and this project is proof.

We are proud to have served as design consultants on the Mitchell Dining Room at the Wisconsin Club. This project brings the space into a new era while honoring its legacy as a conservatory.

Delivered on an accelerated timeline, the work reflects the impact of a highly focused team translating vision into built form with precision and intention.

It was a pleasure to contribute to such a prominent and historic space, helping shape an environment that balances tradition with a refreshed dining experience. We really enjoyed working alongside the Wisconsin Club team. Their passion for the space shined through in every decision they made.

Framing: the moment a home begins to take shape.

Every line you see here was once just an idea. Before finishes and furnishings, there’s structure, scale, and intention.

Seamless from every angle!

This residential addition was designed to feel like it was always meant to be here, blending form, materials, and light to create a natural extension of the original home. Thoughtful details and careful integration make all the difference.

Because the best additions don’t just add space, they redefine it.
