That milestone belongs first and foremost to the people—our current employees who show up every day with skill, pride, and accountability. Your workmanship, professionalism, and commitment to doing things the right way are the foundation of this company.
To the employees who helped us along the way - thank you. Your time, effort, and contributions helped shape who we are today. The lessons learned, systems built, and work completed during those chapters still influence how we operate and how we approach the craft and how the business is managed. We’re grateful for the role you played in our journey and wish you well in what comes next.
