Job Title: Landscaping & Lawn Care Team Member
Location: Council Bluffs and and surrounding areas
Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Seasonal
Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays (weather dependent)
About the Role
We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Landscaping & Lawn Care team members. You’ll help maintain outdoor spaces for our residential and commercial clients through high-quality lawn mowing, landscaping, and general yard maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
• Mow, trim, and edge lawns
• Perform landscaping tasks including mulching,
planting, weeding, and bed maintenance
• Operate string trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers,
and other power tools safely
• Load and unload equipment and materials from
trucks/trailers
• Keep job sites clean and professional at all times
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Work effectively both independently and as part of
a team
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience with lawn mowing or
landscaping is preferred but not required
• Ability to operate zero-turn mowers, push mowers,
and handheld equipment safely
• Able to work outdoors in various weather
conditions (heat, cold, rain)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer
service mindset
• Must be dependable, punctual
Compensation
• Competitive hourly pay: $18–$25/hour (starting pay
based on experience)
