Treated Like Family: A Local Renovation Project

Nephews, grandkids, and great-grandkids are a near-constant presence in Edna’s home, which has been in her family for generations. However, the years of welcoming in loved ones have taken their toll on the home, and various repair projects started to present more substantial challenges as time went on. When Edna's reached out to BGF, the biggest concern was the bathroom. At some point, moisture had begun to infiltrate, and the floor was now soft enough to fall through. We connected with Lake Anna Home Solutions, www.lakeannahomesolutions.com, and they decided to not only replace the flooring, but to fully renovate the bathroom, complete with drywall repairs and all-new fixtures. “They did it as if they were doing it for their own family,” shared Edna. “They took care of the little things. I am so appreciative.” Thanks to their generosity, this space will continue to be safe and comfortable for all–from Edna to her youngest great-grandkids–for many years to come.
