Here at Five Star Lawns, we take pride in our work and only deliver our very best. We specialize in all aspects of curb appeal including lawn maintenance, garden and landscape maintenance, new landscape installation, concrete and paver projects, fence repair and installation, and much more.

We are seeking to immediately hire a full time crew member who has a passion for lawn maintenance and landscape improvement, and a desire to take pride in their work.

Experience is preferred, but not required.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

-- Physically Able And Willing To Work Outdoors --
We work in all temperatures and all types of weather. It will be hot. It will be cold. It will rain. It will be windy. Unless there's lightening, a tornado or hurricane, or blizzard - like conditions, we will be working outside.

--Physically Able And Willing To Repeatedly Lift Over 40lbs.

--Physically Able And Willing To Stand/Walk/Kneel/Bend For Extended Periods of Time--
90% of our work is performed while standing, walking, crouching, kneeling, or bending.

-- Promptness and Dependability--
Be on time every day, ready to work.

-- Flexibility --
While we strive to complete each day in 8 hours, some projects may take more attention leading to longer days. This is not always predictable.

--Willingness to Learn --
Each project is unique and requires acute attention to detail. It is important to be open minded and adaptable to each customer's specific needs.

--Desire To Be Part of A Team --
We work as a team on every project. Each crew member relies on another member to ensure a smooth and successful work experience.

Customer service is the most important aspect of our business. We provide each and every customer with a Five Star service, no matter how big or small the project may be. Our customers are our livelihood.
