Potatoes are pretty easy keepers, but a few tips can help ensure you get a massive harvest.

🌿Hill your plants with soil or compost when the plants reach 6 to 8 inches tall.
🥔Don't add lime if you don't need it. Potatoes thrive in slightly acidic soil (pH of 6 to 6.5).
🌿Provide 1 to 2 inches of water per week during dry periods. Potatoes do best in moist but not soggy soil.
🥔Mulch around the plants to help keep the soil moist and keep the potatoes covered.
