Demolition update: We have successfully removed the existing shingles,plywood, and roof trusses.

Next step: Our team is prepping the existing framing to hold the additional load of a full 2nd story observation deck complete with Trex RainEscape and a covered Pavilion.

Demo day on the water! 🔨 🌊We started tearing off this boathouse roof today. We will be transforming it into an amazing, perfectly level observation deck featuring the Trex RainEscape drainage system to keep the boats below completely dry. Stay tuned for progress pics👀!

The crew pulled our 30-foot barge out of the water on the public side today for a thorough cleaning. It has now been launched on the private side so the men can hit the ground running tomorrow morning and begin construction on a new boathouse. Meanwhile, our 32-foot barge will remain on the public side to accommodate several large upcoming projects.
