Another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five star review ! Shout out to one of our highly skilled carpenters- BRANDON MOORE! We had to figure out how to make this barn-door opening look like two classic doors closing in the center when it's actually one full unit of PVC trim mounted on pressure-treated plywood.

• 📐 The Illusion: Looks like two doors, built as one solid unit.
• 🏃‍♂️ The Function: Fully operational, smooth sliding in one direction.
• 🔒 The Detail: Securely locks from the inside.

Incredible craftsmanship by multiple highly skilled carpenters collaborating together. 🔨🪚💪

Awesome example of the wildlife we see here daily while constructing beautiful boathouses.

A little in-field maintenance (welding, greasing and tightening fasteners) on the way to our next project.🥽🔧👊

Common misconception: Marine construction gets easier when water levels are low. 🌊The truth? Low water levels ground our large steel barge that carries heavy equipment, keeping it far from the work zone. That’s when we utilize our aluminum barge with knuckle boom crane—reaching out 30 feet to pull or drive piles with ease, even in the shallows.

The stair railings were temporarily left down to provide clear passage for carrying the roof trusses up to the Upper Pavilion. With the trusses set in place, the framing for the Pavilion roof will be closed in today and the stair rails can be installed.

Making moves on the water! ⚓ We just wrapped up removing the old roof, and installing the new second deck. We are now setting the REVIVAL stainless steel mesh railings securely in place on the observation deck and the new staircase. Lastly we will frame the new Pavilion roof on the upper deck. Ready for a spectacular new view!
