Many of these were maple stumps that I ground last year. She lost another good-sized maple this winter, so we started our week out with this. Last year when we did the work, I overbid the job. It went much smoother than I expected, and I let her know and offered to lower the agreed price. Rather than lowering the price, she said she would take help with something else instead. Rather than having me grind the new maple stump for free, she asked me to bring topsoil and grass seed.
As far as everyone I've been communicating with, I appreciate each and every one of you for your patience. We have been in overload mode for the last 4-6 weeks. I have worked every weekend, aside from Mother's Day. Long days too, 10+ hours each, often wrapping things up with a headlamp on.
With that said, please feel free to reach out for any of your tree care needs. We specialize in technical, dangerous removals surrounded by obstacles, power lines, chimneys, and so on. But we will also come for yard work, and haul trash, clean off your roof, and your gutters, pressure wash, and not to mention all other facets of tree work, such as lot clearing, brush removal, shipping/removal of brush you already have on site, mowing, string trimming, and things like that. We also have two nice brush hogs and truly enjoy walking in parallel lines all day on your biggest field; it’s efficient. Much cheaper than you would expect.
I have a ton of hardwood for next winter; I’m accepting orders now. No matter how much I think I have, I always end up running out, but I plan on starting to run loads quite consistently at night or in the morning.
We also have a ton of campwood to get rid of. The campwood consists of White Pine, Hemlock, Cedar, sometimes poplar, but not right now, and never very much of it, spruce, etc. There are a fair amount of people who just want to buy hardwood for their campfires; that is fine too. It is much more expensive, which is why we also offer a mixed load.
You can reach us over the phone which is my preferred option, just seems to be more efficient.
