Watch us BURY A WHOLE HALFLING VILLAGE! 🏡🌿👀

Welcome back to another Behind the Build with Havenshire Builders!

Today, we’re taking you behind the scenes of one of the BIGGEST transformations of the Texas Shire… burying our Halfling homes!

From moving massive amounts of dirt and carefully shaping the hillsides to covering our handcrafted structures with earth and greenery, every step was designed to make these homes look as though they’ve been tucked away in the countryside for centuries. 🌳✨

Our goal was never to simply build a few houses. It was to create an entire world that feels like it belongs in a fairytale, where every winding pathway, grassy rooftop, and hidden doorway tells a story.

🎥 Watch us BURY an entire Halfling Village and bring the Texas Shire to life, as seen on Jep & Jess: Beyond the Bayou!

From a vintage organ to a Writer Halfling’s dream desk… ✨📖

Every piece has a story, and this one might just be one of our favorites!

When designing our Writer Halfling’s home, we knew his desk couldn’t be just any ordinary desk. It needed to be something as unique, imaginative, and full of character as the halfling himself!

So, what started as an antique shopping find quickly turned into something pretty special. 🪄

After discovering a beautiful vintage organ, our team got to work carefully transforming it into a one-of-a-kind writing desk. From gutting the original piece to bringing our vision to life, every step was thoughtfully crafted to preserve its antique charm while giving it an entirely new purpose.

The result? A desk that looks like it has belonged to our Writer Halfling for generations. 🏡🤎

Because at Havenshire Builders, it’s not just about building spaces. It’s about telling stories through every little detail.

✨ What do you think of this transformation? Would you have ever guessed it started as an organ?!

From dirt and foundation to foam, concrete, carving, paint, landscaping, and all the tiny details in between — nothing was rushed and nothing was overlooked.

Every stone. Every beam. Every curve. Every little detail was handcrafted with one goal in mind…

To make you feel like you’ve stepped straight into a real Halfling village. 🌿🪵✨

And honestly? We’ll never get over watching it all come together. 🥹

FINALLY! It’s time to step inside the Baker Halfling… 👀🥧✨

While building for Mirador, we wanted every burrow to feel like it belonged to a halfling with a personality all their own.

For the Baker Halfling, we imagined a home built around someone who finds joy in gathering, creating, and of course… baking! Warm, earthy tones, rustic wood, charming antiques, cozy corners, and little details that make the whole space feel like the heart of the village.

Every corner was designed to feel warm, welcoming, and full of character — the kind of place where you could spend an afternoon baking something sweet, sharing a meal, and making memories with the people you love. 🥧🍞✨

Now the full inside is complete.✨

FINALLY! It’s time to step inside the Writer Halfling… 👀📖✨

Every burrow at Mirador was designed to feel like it has a story of its own — and the Writer Halfling might be one of our coziest yet.

We imagined a space belonging to a halfling who would spend their days surrounded by books, collecting treasures, and dreaming up their next great story. From the warm wood tones to the antique details, every piece was chosen to bring that feeling to life.

Every corner was designed to feel quiet, cozy, and full of inspiration — the kind of place where you could curl up with a good book and lose track of time. ✨📖
