This was one of many improvements on the cabin project. Our team hauled off about 50 yards of stumps, logs, and debris left from the original clearing during the garage and cabin build. Once cleared, we graded the area and installed a new gravel pad for clean access to the side door. Another step in transforming this property into a finished, functional space.

Another grading and drainage project we tackled!

After construction was completed, this customer experienced erosion issues and inadequate drainage around their property. Our crew came in with a solution to manage runoff effectively and protect the landscape.

- Installed downspout extensions to redirect water away from the home
-Regraded the driveways to improve water flow and prevent washouts
-Added drainage ditches and culverts to allow water to move through the property without causing damage

Take a look at our latest GeoCell slope stabilization and regrade project! Our client faced erosion challenges post-pool construction, unable to safely access their backyard for maintenance. We stepped in, regrading the area to redirect as much water away from the slope as possible, installed GeoCell slope protection for long-term erosion prevention then topped it all off with hydro seed! Now, their outdoor space is not only safe but will be a beautifully maintained lawn very soon!

We recently installed downspout extensions on this home to get water out and away from the foundation! We also regraded an area along the side of the home that was allowing water to flow back towards the foundation. It’s awesome to see these NDS Downspout Defenders in action during a storm!
