Thinking I will make the Adirondack a staple in my collection. And with that - I will likely provide cushions & seat covers as additional add ons. I'd charge simply the cost that I get them for (but don't forget there's tax!).
I work for our family business for my day job and we like to say we strive for 200% customer service. This is no different! It shouldn't be all that difficult to treat people like people...

Picked up the Dewalt wood planer on Craigslist. I'm a hawk on FB marketplace and Craigslist. It was listed 2 hours before I noticed it.. about an hour later I go to pick it up the seller had 4 other potential buyers. Gotta move quicker than that, Craigslist hustlers!
