AutoCAD Engineer/Drafter

Vision Woodworking is a well-established manufacturer of high-end store fixtures and custom millwork located in Fridley, MN. We are currently seeking an experienced AutoCAD Engineer/Drafter.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare drawings for store fixtures, cabinets and millwork using AutoCAD and Inventor
• Review drawings for quality and accuracy
• Communicate and collaborate with project managers, estimators, sales, and production staff

Job Requirements:
• Associate degree in AutoCAD Engineering/Drafting or equivalent experience
• Strong AutoCAD experience, Inventor experience is a plus
• Thorough understanding of manufacturing process
• Knowledge of store fixture and cabinetmaking business
• Alpha Cam and CutRite knowledge desired
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work well with others, team player

Job Description:
Vision Woodworking, Inc., is a Premier manufacturer of high-end store fixtures and custom millwork located in Fridley, MN.

We are looking for experienced Cabinetmakers for our Millwork Assembly department to manufacture and assemble high end millwork displays.
Knowledge of woodworking is required.

Job Responsibilities:
Build store fixtures and custom millwork from blueprints
Prepare and set-up machines and tooling for woodwork manufacturing
Operate woodworking machines such as saws, milling and sanding machines, drill presses, shapers, routers, planers, glue machines, wood-fastening, and adhesives
Skilled use of woodworking hand tools
Work with various woods, veneers, laminates, metals, solid surfaces, and adhesives
Possess working knowledge of woodworking and general assembly techniques
