Leaves are falling, and clogged gutters lead to ice dams this winter.

Julie had us clean her gutters and add screens to keep the leaves out for good.

New roof, done right in Minneapolis. 🏠

This homeowner chose Owens Corning TruDefinition shingles in Peppercorn, a deep charcoal blend that adds depth and a clean, modern look.

The nail jar guesses are in. The final count was 2,006, and the closest guess without going over came from Jake K. Congrats, Jake!

Before & after: this arch entry needed more than a patch job.

The cedar fascia on this custom arch entry in Hopkins had rotted through, along with sections of the lap and T&G siding. We replaced the fascia and arch trim, redid the lap and T&G siding, and replaced the garage door bucks and trim.

A roof can look fine and still be failing. No leak doesn't mean no problem.

Granule loss, curling shingles, and soft decking all show up before water ever gets inside your house. By the time you see a leak, the damage has usually been building for a while.

If your roof is getting up there in age, it's worth having someone actually look at it, not just wait for a ceiling stain to tell you something's wrong.
