The choice is CRYSTAL CLEAR when it comes to who cleans your windows. This homeowner on the lake chose Nick of Time and she was sick of not being able to see her lake clearly as the outside of these windows were filthy before we got here.

She also said another window cleaner stopped by but couldn't get her on the schedule until March, she didn't want to wait that long...

She referred me to her neighbor who is getting his cleaned on Friday! He also wants to enjoy the lake views this season and beyond!

You never know where you'll find your next client or your next friend, even at the MAT.

Today I woke up early for a job and decided to get some laundry done (microfiber cloths, mostly) since I have a window cleaning job in this area.

She gave me some really great incite about the area and was super knowledgeable. I enjoyed hearing about her work in Chicago and I shared a bit about me, Nick Briggs, too.

We talked about Florida and the storms and how we don't get too many in the Midwest, except for a few tornadoes and hail storms.

She cautioned me to STAY OFF LADDERS in the colder months because of the wind, too...

Very sweet and kind lady. I listened to her and will take her advice since she has about 40 years of life experience more than I do. You don't make it to 75+ by accident, or without making some good decisions in your life...

I've been known (on occasion) to do side jobs for clients, to add more value and increase the average ticket per client, for example.

Scope of Work:

50+ bags of wet, heavy leaves to be bagged, moved from back of home to front of home.

Last year we did this as a small family...
This year Manny's Team is doing it...

Total Expected Time to Complete Work This Year:

4-6 hours by myself (maybe longer)

Utilizing Manny's Team:

0 hours by myself and 2 hours with a team of 3. Manny is even disposing of all the leaves so the trash man doesn't get overwhelmed by 50+ bags of leaves...

If anyone has any Fall Cleanup Needs- Manny is excellent! Very fair pricing and professional results! Thank you for your help on this today!
