Gaytee-Palmer beautifully restored the Shevlin Hall stained glass and added new exterior storm windows to shield it from bad weather, UV rays, and air pollution. That little hole you can see in the storm window is where a little louvered vent will keep the airspace behind it breathing. This way, we don’t have to worry about trapped heat or condensation contributing to the deterioration of the newly restored windows.

After 8 years, Santé Beauty Creatives + Wellness Edina was ready for a reimagining. The goal was to make the space feel more consistent with the brand, which is high-touch and welcoming.

The old layout had a few challenges. With two entrances on either side and a big closed-in shampoo room in the middle, the space was fragmented and had no clear sense of arrival. The space was fundamentally rethought from the ground up.

Now there will be one clear welcoming entry with a new retail area up front. The shampoo area was moved to the back, creating an intimate, spa-like experience and the wall that once blocked the downstairs salon will be removed, with a clear path down to the salon experience below.

We can’t wait to show you the final transformation!
