Cichy's Water & Sewer is seeking an experienced Sewer & Water Service Technician, Laborer, or Operator to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who can step in and contribute with minimal training.

✅ Full-Time Position
✅ Monday–Friday Schedule
✅ No Weekends • Home Every Night
✅ Stable, Family-Owned Company Serving the Twin Cities Metro Area
✅ Local 563 Laborers and Local 49 Operating Engineers Welcome

Responsibilities Include:
• Sewer and drain cleaning, video inspections with locating, sewer and water repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Excavation support, trench work, traffic control, trench safety, landscaping, pavement restoration, and assisting crew leaders and pipelayers
• Operating hand tools and light equipment; CIPP lining and pipelayer experience are a plus

Requirements:
✔ Sewer and water experience preferred
✔ Valid driver's license with a good driving record (CDL not required)
✔ Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
✔ Ability to stand, bend, crouch, kneel, and safely enter and exit trenches
✔ Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds multiple times per day
